We had a great time exploring the area around the hotel. It was conveniently located near a shopping centre, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we needed. The hotel was also close to public transport, which made it convenient for us to travel to events at Qudos Bank Arena. We also took advantage of the nearby restaurant for a superb dinner, which added to our overall enjoyable experience.
The room we stayed in had a small TV and no coffee machine, which was a bit disappointing.

The check-in process was easy, and the room wassuper clean and cozy. The staff were friendly, especially with the children, and the check-out process was smooth. I also appreciated the on-site parking and the fact that I could see some fireworks from our room. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Olympic Park and excellent Indian restaurants in Harris Park. it was a positive experience with clean rooms, friendly staff, and good amenities.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Parramatta. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and fast food outlets just across the road. The hotel room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially Jason at reception who sorted out any issues. I also appreciated the reasonable price for parking. One of the highlights was the shuttle bus service that picked us up and dropped us off at the concert venue, saving us from any hassle.
